Fit-NessPoint, based at 66 High Street, Lowestoft, will mark the occasion on Saturday, September 19, from 11am to 3.30pm.

Visitors can tour the studio, enjoy a complimentary health juice shot and snack, and take part in a series of free strength-training workshops.
