Garrod Developments are hoping to build three properties on land south of Gateley Road in Brisley, near Dereham.

Each home would have included four bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, utility room, family space, a lobby and a garden.

Previous proposals were blocked and dismissed on appeal after concerns were raised about the suitability of the location.
