Steeped in history, a three-storey building on the High Street in Lowestoft could soon be set for a new lease of life.

The substantial freehold to the former town centre restaurant is being offered for sale after previously being postponed ahead of an auction in June.

Now, the former Chinese restaurant at 105 - 106 High Street, Lowestoft will be auctioned off next month.

Marketed by Auction House East Anglia, it is due to be sold on a freehold tenure at an online auction........
