Ben Poole had been on a night out in Norwich celebrating a colleague’s birthday and was “one of the more enthusiastic drinkers” in his group.

Greg Wedge, prosecuting, claimed that 25-year-old Poole, who was a serving Norfolk police officer at the time, was not only drinking his own drinks but was also “sweeping up” other people’s glasses as well.

Poole had been on the dance floor at Bar & Beyond on Prince of Wales Road when he allegedly grabbed a woman’s breasts and rubbed them in a circular motion........
