Joshua Chakkumkulamparambil smashed his Volkswagen Tiguan through a garden fence and into the wall of a house in Harvey Lane at about 5am on March 1, 2025.

The homeowner was sitting in his living room when the vehicle crashed through the wall, leaving a large hole in the property.

A Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) tribunal meeting this week heard Chakkumkulamparambil, who was living in Kent at the time, failed to stop at give-way lines before continuing straight ahead, destroying a fence and striking the occupied home.
