The incident took place at the Jenny Lind Park in Norwich at around 2.15pm on December 4.

Police believe a woman was walking a large beige and white dog off its lead.

It was reported to have attacked a smaller dog, which was on a lead.

The smaller animal suffered serious injuries and its owner required hospital treatment for a hand injury.
