Villagers 'trapped' in homes over claims of 'noise' at rural business park
Neighbours of Bure Valley Business Centre, which sits on a rural road in the village of Buxton with Lamas, near Aylsham, say they have been complaining about alleged disturbance at the site for years.
The centre, which is currently up for sale for almost £1m, occupies a collection of former agricultural buildings converted into industrial and storage units.

Council documents acknowledge that some activity at the site has evolved beyond the light-industrial use originally envisaged and has "created noise nuisance for residential neighbours".
Following a fire at the business centre last month - and as Broadland District Council considers enforcement action there - neighbours have stepped forward to describe their experiences of living next to the site.

Nancy and Trevor Gardiner live in a house backing almost directly onto the entrance to the site.
"Our bedroom is only metres from the entrance," Mrs Gardiner said.
"Vehicles hit the potholes as they come in and we hear every movement. There have also been lorries arriving late at night and engines revving beneath our bedroom."
The couple said they began investigating the planning history of the site themselves before making formal complaints to the district council.
Their concerns eventually led to a noise survey, with monitoring equipment placed in their garden, and warning notices were later issued - though the couple says those notices contained "errors in the unit numbers and ambiguity in the........
