The proposed neighbourhood plan for Tunstead and Sco Ruston backs small-scale housing growth, with at least 90pc of new homes expected to have three bedrooms or fewer.

It also looks to steer building towards existing housing areas to retain the area’s rural character.

Tunstead is identified in North Norfolk District Council's adopted Local Plan as a Small Growth Village.
