A new Local Plan scoping consultation has opened, asking people what should be built and where growth should be focused, as the district is reshaped to 2045.  

Under new housing requirements, North Norfolk District Council's housing target has been raised by 65pc. 

The council must provide for at least 932 homes a year from 2029 - up from 557 - meaning 13,980 new dwellings over the plan period.
