North Norfolk District Council has given the green light for a three-bedroom self-build bungalow to be built in East Runton.

The plot, on land west of The Buddleias, off Green Lane, is currently used for parking and storage, but neighbours said it had become rough ground with little practical use.  

One neighbour, whose rear garden borders the northern edge of the site, said in planning papers that they “welcome this development on what is currently waste land”.
