West Norfolk Council has voted unanimously in favour of the 26-home scheme on land off Railway Road in Downham Market.

It came despite objectors' warnings that the plans would destroy the Willows Nature Reserve, one of the last significant wildlife havens in the town, home to deer, foxes and ducks.
