Sophia Kirkpatrick, the founder of Swirl, is set to stock her popular cinnamon buns in Cambridge after constantly selling out at the White Lion Street branch of Knoops, a hot chocolate shop with branches across the UK.

She makes nearly 3,000 of the sweet treats a week and delivers them to stockists across Norwich.
