Adrian Ramsay, Green MP for Waveney Valley, has put out the document outlining his thoughts about the Park Hotel in Diss after locals expressed frustration that they had not heard from him while tensions ramped up in the town.

In it, Mr Ramsay insists that he has been in "close and frequent contact" with local people and reiterates his "concern for the welfare" of families living at the hotel.

The hotel has been home to asylum-seeking families for two years but the Home Office has sparked protests after revealing it plans to move them........
