Popular city baker leaves sour taste with customers
People who have bought sweet treats from Terry Bakes, run by Terry Pegler in Norwich, say they have had to wait up to five months for their orders.
Others say his products have been inedible and after criticising them, claim they have been blocked from his social media.
Facebook groups, which have attracted thousands of followers, have been set up slamming the city baker.
But Mr Pegler, who has garnered hundreds of thousands of followers across his social media platforms for his baking content, has hit back saying he has been the target of online trolls.
Gina Colloff is one such customer of the baking business who is unhappy with the service she received.

The 57-year-old said she ordered a mystery box from Mr Pegler last year, which included a pistachio cookie, a brownie, a cookie pie and a Victoria sponge slice.
She said she waited six weeks for her delivery and described the box as smelling of "cheap fat" and the sponge had been "squashed like a child had made it".
Later, she claims she had been blocked from Mr Pegler's Facebook page after responding to a comment by another user about his reviews on Trust Pilot.
Terry Bakes currently has a two-star rating on Trust Pilot from 260 reviewers.
Mrs Colloff said: "Two years ago I started following him because I believe in supporting local businesses. But if you want to be famous, you have got to take the scrutiny."

Another customer, who does not want to be named, said he had ordered a mystery box in September and five months later, was still waiting for his order.
He posted a video calling out the wait time, which Mr Pegler responded to in a video of his own and refunded the man without sending the mystery box.
The man said: "I’m not a sensitive person, but I was shocked. I couldn’t believe someone would want to ridicule someone else when they have that many followers."
In response to the complaints, Mr Pegler said he is "working hard" to bring down his wait time.

He said: "Yes people are waiting five months for a mystery box. It's a regrettable situation and I'm working hard to rectify it.
"While I'm sure there are genuine customers who have received my boxes and were disappointed, the fact is the majority of these complaints are from people who simply dislike me.
"These people have hounded me for years, trying to ruin every part of my professional and personal life."
He added that among the Trust Pilot reviews, there are also those who have rated him five stars.
One reviewer said: "My advice is try for yourself rather than believing everything you read online."
