Developer reveals detailed plans for 433 new homes in Norfolk village
Persimmon Homes has lodged a detailed planning application for the next phases of its housing development at Nova Scotia Farm in Caister.
The plans cover 433 homes across two phases on land west of Jack Chase Way.
If approved, the total number of homes on the site would rise to 606, close to the 665-home cap set under the outline planning permission.

Outline permission for up to 665 homes, a primary school, health centre, local centre and green space was granted by Great Yarmouth Borough Council in May 2023.
The first phase of 173 homes is already under construction and is expected to be completed by August 2027.
Families have already begun moving in.
The design statement supporting the latest application says phases two and three will each have their own character and design features.
