As part of National Highways' work to dual the A47 between Easton and North Tuddenham, Easton roundabout is being removed - and afterwards traffic will use another new stretch of dualled carriageway.

Officials said taking out that roundabout - and creating new junctions elsewhere along the A47 - will improve safety and reduce congestion.

The work will mean the A47 has to be closed in both directions between the Wood Lane junction and Longwater interchange, from 8pm on Friday, July 31 until 6am on Monday, August 3.

There will also be no side road access on to the A47 from 7.30pm on........
