Health fears over dust from ships unloading at Norfolk port
West Norfolk councillor Alexandra Kemp said the issue has affected people living across the River Ouse from the Port of King's Lynn for four years.
"The dust can enter people's lungs and exacerbate COPD and asthma," she said. "This is causing a health hazard in West Lynn, as poor air quality is a determinant of health.
"It is an unsafe system of work and puts employees at the port at risk."
