West Norfolk Council has agreed plans drawn up by KCS developments for the site beside the main A134 at Wereham, near Downham Market despite fears over the strain on local facilities, along with road safety and the loss of green land.

Some 67 locals opposed plans for the land on Stoke Road on the council's online planning portal.
