Wymondham Town Council had been hunting for somewhere for its green-fingered residents to put their roots down.

It comes after a group of locals had been evicted from the previous Chapel Lane site by land owner Anglian Water in 2024.

The company wanted to make way for the expansion of its treatment centre.
