Developer allowed to ditch more than 50pc of affordable housing from estate
Developer Hill Residential says it has faced "unprecedented construction costs" while attempting to build its 239-home scheme in Thorpe St Andrew.
It argued to Broadland District Council that it could no longer afford to build any of the 79 low-cost properties it had promised as a result of the increased financial pressure.
