With spring on the horizon, it has been fantastic to see Beaconsfield, Marlow, and the South Bucks villages come alive in the brilliant sunshine, writes the Conservative MP for Beaconsfield Joy Morrissey.

It has been a busy month, both in Parliament and across the constituency, as I continue to champion the issues that matter most to you.

One of the most significant campaigns this year has been the growing concern among parents about smartphones in schools. I have been proud to stand alongside local parents, and it was a pleasure to meet with a group to discuss the impact of social media and smartphone use on young people. I support a ban on smartphones in schools for under-16s—an approach backed by families across Beaconsfield, Marlow, and the South Bucks villages.
