The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce is supporting its LGBTQ2S employees by being present at Pride celebrations throughout the month, promoting year-round inclusive initiatives and expanding its gender affirmation coverage.

The bank raised the Pride Flag at CIBC Square to mark the start of Pride Month and CIBC employees are participating in Pride celebrations across Canada, says Claudette Knight, senior vice-president of leadership, learning and inclusion.
