30% of Canadian employees say back-to-school season raises workplace stress: survey
Nearly a third (30 per cent) of Canadian employees say the back-to-school season increases their stress levels at work ‘somewhat’ or ‘a great deal’, while 27 per cent say the season doesn’t affect their stress levels at all, according to a new survey by ADP Canada.
The survey, which polled more than 1,800 Canadian employees, found among workers affected by back-to-school season, the biggest impacts were on increased workloads and responsibilities (24 per cent), changes to daily commutes or routines (21 per cent) and higher financial expenses (18 per cent).
