Systemic Advantages Of The Transgender Paradigm (Satire)

Under the new paradigm, every aspect of American life will be more efficient and affordable.

Even though I know that a biologic human female has at least one X chromosome and no Y chromosome (e.g., see XO) and a biologic human male has at least one X and one Y chromosome (e.g., see XXY, XXYY), who cares? It is not as if I am a pediatrician and chancellor at UCSF or medical school dean at UCLA.

I am a regular person old enough to remember when women neither compared nor boasted about the size of their penises. I am so yesteryear.

Assuming these experts (and others—see Endnotes) are correct, i.e., that boys have been girled, and girls have been boyed, then there are huge derivative benefits, cost-savings and efficiencies to be enjoyed.

(BTW, just wondering, if men = women and women = men, does that mean we have gone from Di-versity to UNI-versity? (The nutjobs who think this have.))

A major benefit of accepting that men are women and women are men is that society no longer has to do the same work twice. Medical researchers would not need separate studies for men and women. Results from one group could be applied directly to everyone else, without exceptions or special adjustments.

If biological, physical, and psychological domains are viewed equitably, the same logic can be used in many other fields. Government procedures would be simplified, expenses reduced, regulations combined, and industries would develop new products more quickly. These would be the practical benefits of treating every human being under socially just biology.

1. Medical Research and Healthcare

The first major benefit would appear in medical science. Traditional research methods require separate groups of what we now know are socially constructed male and female subjects, special recruitment efforts, and complicated analyses comparing the archaic two sex paradigm. Under a transgender model, one study would be enough. The results of early safety trials, later effectiveness trials, and long-term studies would be applied equally to the entire population.

Research subject recruitment takes half the time because they would no longer need to consider sex when deciding who qualifies. Institutional Review Boards would examine one study plan instead of several versions designed for different sex-group constructs. Statistical analysis would also become easier because researchers would no longer have to compare results by sex or adjust from starting assumptions that are stilted.

Money that once paid for separate testing groups could instead be used to study more people or investigate new treatments.

Healthcare Systems and Treatments

Drug development would move more quickly. Government regulators would need only one set of clinical evidence before approving a new drug. After approval, researchers could track side effects through one fully combined stream of data.

Surgical methods and recovery plans would also be standardized. A procedure proven safe and effective for one part of the population could be used the same way for everyone. Surgeons, nurses, and physical therapists would not require wasteful specialized training.

2. Product Design, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods

Product design and manufacturing would also follow the one common transgender system. Companies would no longer need to account for old-fashioned ideas about physical differences between men and women. Once those supposed differences were erased, supply chains and product designs could be combined.

Clothing and Workplace Equipment

Clothing sizes would be reduced to one universal scale. Retailers could carry fewer individual products, lowering storage and inventory costs. Designers could focus entirely on appearance and usefulness instead of changing patterns to fit supposedly different male and female body shapes.

Protective equipment, shoes, uniforms, and specialized gear could all become truly universal.

Consumer Products and Safety Design

Car and airplane manufacturers would greatly simplify safety testing. Crash........
