Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul el Sayed has realized that his terrorist-sympathizing antisemitism is unpopular and is trying to sprint away from it, using the most insincere excuses possible.

El Sayed has tried to walk back several of his own comments, chief among them being his reaction to the attempted terrorist attack against Jewish Michigan preschoolers in March. In that attack, an Islamic terrorist whose Hezbollah terrorist brothers were killed by Israel attempted to shoot up a Jewish preschool. In response to this shooting, el Sayed spent more time condemning Israel than the terrorist himself, claiming that “hurt people hurt people” and that, if Israel didn’t kill the man’s terrorist siblings, then he wouldn’t have had to resort to trying to massacre Jewish preschool children on the other........
