Critical Role’s Daggerheart TTRPG just received a major new expansion and players can now explore a ton of new character options, including four additional classes.

The Witch and Three Other Classes Join Daggerheart Character Classes

Dungeons and Dragons may still be the system used for the main Critical Role campaign, but the brand has expanded in recent years and the team at Darrington Press launched its own TTRPG system in 2025 with the Daggerheart Core Rulebook.

The Daggerheart game has managed to cultivate its own playerbase over its first year and the first major rules expansion is now available for fans to explore.

The Hope and Fear expansion is full of new content for both players and GMs. The biggest highlight for many players will likely be all of the additional character creation options that come along with the new classes........
