Kristi Noem owes us a refund

Mr. Vice President, I want to report government fraud I hope you can get to the bottom of really soon.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order March 16 establishing a task force to combat fraud nationwide led by Vice President JD Vance, which makes him the nation's "fraud czar." Maybe Vance can borrow Elon Musk's chainsaw, since Musk cut out all that government waste and exited Washington.

At the White House, Trump told reporters that the amount of fraudulent spending the task force may recover could help address the national deficit and reduce taxes. The Government Accountability Office estimates the federal government loses between $233 billion to $521 billion annually to fraud.

Good thing Vance is on the job. He has a case right under his nose with a plot – and a budget – like a Hollywood blockbuster.

Kristi Noem's border blockbuster topped Academy Award winner

"One Battle After Another," running two hours and 41 minutes, was the standout winner at the 98th Academy Awards. The film, which follows an ex-revolutionary forced to return to his former life as a combatant, won several prestigious awards, including best film, best director (Paul Thomas Anderson), best supporting actor (Sean Penn), best adapted screenplay, best editing and the inaugural best casting award.

With a $200 million budget, producing a blockbuster movie is certainly expensive.

Now, imagine spending even more........
