New Delhi: Days after postponing its convocation in which Chief Justice of India Justice Surya Kant was scheduled as the chief guest, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has announced that Tata Memorial Hospital director C.S. Pramesh will be the chief guest.

The invitation for the rescheduled convocation on August 22 now names Pramesh as chief guest, Indian Express reported.

As The Wire has reported, the institute’s registrar had sent an email after midnight on August 1 (around 12:50 am)........
