Yakir Levi, 45, an Israeli businessman and reality TV star, was identified on Tuesday as the person who plunged to his death from a luxury building in Miami the day before, family members and media reports said.

Levi fell from the 28th floor of the Acqualina Resort and Residences On The Beach in Sunny Isles Beach at around 9.30 pm, the UK’s Daily Mail newspaper reported.

According to the report, the night before he died, Levi was tagged in a group photo with two other people that was posted on Instagram.

A post along with the photo read “Nights we won’t remember with people we won’t forget.”

Police and emergency services were called to the scene.

“Upon arrival, they confirmed an adult male had fallen, and MDFR determined he was deceased on the scene,” a Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office spokesperson told the Mail.

Levi’s death is being probed as an “unclassified death investigation,” the report said.

“The manner and cause of death will be determined by the autopsy results conducted by the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner,” said a Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office Homicide Bureau spokesperson.
