Anthropic has reportedly signed a $10 billion deal for computing capacity from a months-old infrastructure startup, marking a significant move by the AI maker to keep pace with increasing demand for its products.

The primary motive behind the contract is to access a data center managed by Nvidia Corp-backed cloud startup Volta Infra Holdings. Volta said earlier today that it has secured a major $10 billion deal with an unnamed AI lab which will be delivered in collaboration with Bitdeer Technologies Group.
