Lindsay Clancy attorney asks Trump for pardon after mistrial

(NewsNation) — Lindsay Clancy‘s attorney said in a recent interview that he hopes President Trump will consider a pardon for his client.

A judge declared a mistrial last week after jurors failed to reach an agreement in the case.

In an interview with Good Morning America, attorney Kevin Reddington said he hopes an agreement can be reached between prosecutors and the defense and that Trump could consider a pardon.

Clancy is charged with murder in the deaths of her three young children. Prosecutors say it was a premeditated crime, while the defense says she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and is not criminally responsible........
