Videos obtained by the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California (ACLU SoCal) show federal immigration officers using racial slurs to refer to Latinos they encountered at traffic stops.

The ACLU SoCal included the videos along with text messages and other transcripts in a court filing to block “the Trump administration from conducting suspicionless and racially discriminatory immigration stops,” the organization said in a statement.

The group added that the information obtained in the case “contradicts the government’s account of its enforcement operations and shows agents relied on race and ethnicity in deciding whom to stop.”

The video of note shows a June 2025 raid at a Home Depot in Hollywood during the massive Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids throughout Los Angeles last year. An immigration officer with a body camera can be heard saying,........
