Elon Musk backed President Trump amid his fight with California leaders over the immigration protests in Los Angeles on Sunday, just days after the tech billionaire clashed with the president on social media.

In a post on his social platform X on Sunday evening, Musk shared a screenshot of a Truth Social post from Trump, who slammed California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (D) for their handling of the protests against the recent federal immigration raids.

While Musk did not include any personal commentary in the post, the resharing of Trump's post was a subtle sign of support for the president after their blowout late last week.
