Who is headlining the Super Bowl halftime show? Prediction markets lean heavily toward one artist

(NEXSTAR) — The NFL and Roc Nation have yet to officially announce next year’s Super Bowl halftime performer, but users across two of the biggest prediction markets seem to think they have a pretty good idea.

As of Tuesday morning, the odds posted at Kalshi and Polymarket leaned heavily toward Jay-Z as the headliner of Super Bowl LXI in Feb. 2027. Jay-Z is also the founder of Roc Nation, the entertainment company that has chosen the act for, and co-produced, the Super Bowl halftime show since 2020.

Jay-Z had a hefty lead over other potential performers. At Kalshi, the market viewed Jay-Z as having about a 91 percent chance of headlining, and the odds were even greater on Polymarket.

Other performers thought to have a (much smaller) chance at headlining included Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, Harry Styles, Post........
