Trump responds to Fauci diaries: ‘I grew tired of him’

President Trump responded to recently released entries from Dr. Anthony Fauci on Tuesday, saying he grew tired of the former White House medical adviser. 

“He was a much bigger player in the Biden administration. I grew tired of him,” Trump said in an interview with Fox News. 

“He wanted to close everything down. I allowed it to be up to the governors,” he continued, adding that “many of the Republican governors didn’t want to close.”

Last weekend, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) publicly released over a thousand pages of Fauci’s journal entries.
