Fraud Whistleblower Nick Shirley Announces Sights Set On California. Wife Of AG Floats Silencing Whistleblowers

YouTuber Nick Shirley went viral for investigating potentially fraudulent Somali-run child care centers in Minnesota (including the now defunct “Quality Learing Center”). 

Shirley has turned his sights on California in recent months, claiming to have “uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud” in the state. A bill proposed by the wife of California Attorney General Rob Bonta might criminalize the sort of on-the-ground journalism Shirley does.
