British police reportedly handcuffed a dying stabbing victim after his alleged attacker cried racial abuse.

Henry Nowak, 18, was reportedly returning home from a night out with friends around 11 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2023 when he was attacked.  Prosecutors allege Vikrum Digwa, 23, stabbed Nowak to death with an eight-inch Sikh ceremonial knife. Sikhs are legally permitted to carry such knives (known as “Kirpans”) in the United Kingdom due to legal religious exemptions. Prosecutors charged Digwa with murder, a charge........
