Umm … what are we doing, Cleveland?

Prior to the sale of Personal Seat Licenses (PSLs) in September, the Cleveland Browns have provided an inside look at their new $2.6 billion stadium.

The organization is planning on building a state-of-the-art facility that will feature a dome and will be located in the Brook Park suburbs — around 16 miles from the current stadium in downtown Cleveland. (RELATED: NFL Will ‘No Doubt’ Have Franchise Based........
