My View: Walking instead of running turns out to be just as satisfying, maybe more

“I’m afraid the MRI shows that you have a degree of spinal stenosis. That’s why you are experiencing pain and a burning sensation soon after you return home from a run. I recommend that you give up running before you seriously injure yourself. Try walking instead.”
