Medical examiner: Refugee Nurul Amin Shah Alam's death ruled a homicide
The death of the mostly blind Rohingya refugee found dead in Buffalo in February who went missing after being dropped off by federal agents miles from his home has been ruled a homicide by the Erie County Medical Examiner's Office.
