Kevin Sacre became a mainstay on Hollyoaks during the 2000s, but 15 years on from his exit from the soap, he now has a more unique job.

The 47-year-old appeared on the Channel 4 programme between 2002 and 2010, playing the role of Jake Dean.

His character experienced a number of emotional storylines, including the death of his wife Becca Hayton, a sectioning and a period of estrangement from his sister-in-law Becca.

Dean also had drinking problems, becoming more aggressive and even causing the death of another villager due to his actions, The Sun reports.
