2835 Broadway hitting the market is one of those instances.

A rare double-lot estate at 2835 Broadway in San Francisco just hit the market for $65 million, spanning nearly 17,000 square feet on Billionaires’ Row.

A double-lot compound that extends from Broadway to Pacific Avenue, the home sits on land formerly occupied by Grant Elementary School, which late Sen. Dianne Feinstein attended before it was closed and demolished in the 1970s. Consisting of a main residence and a guest house, 2835 Broadway is asking $65 million.
