When it rains, it pours. That was literally the case last week when upwards of 30 millimetres of rain fell within an hour in some parts of Brantford.

The same weather system made its way through Norfolk County, but we didn’t experience quite the same deluge. This isn’t the first time Brantford has been hit so hard by rain and the subsequent flash flooding of some streets.
