Cultivating success in Elgin County 

An engaging program by renowned musician and speaker Peter Katz served as inspiration for a greater sense of community

There has been abundant cultivating of soil in fields and gardens in Elgin County over the past weeks, with plans for an abundant harvest always being the dream for we rural folks.

Another crucial form of cultivating took place this past Wednesday evening at Nature’s Oasis Retreat near Melbourne, sponsored by the constituent groups of Elgin and West Elgin. Renowned Canadian musician and speaker Peter Katz provided an inspiring and engaging program to stimulate a deeper consideration of how we as citizens and business owners, along with our elected representatives, must increase our awareness and support of one another, celebrating those things we value, strive for and accomplish.
