The summer reading season is in full swing and Brantford Public Library customers and staff are sharing some of their favourite reads to help inspire readers of all ages.

From children’s books and graphic novels to memoirs and audiobooks, these recommendations offer plenty of ideas for anyone looking to add to their summer to-be-read pile.

Young reader Nandi recently enjoyed Curious George and the Sleepover by Monica Perez. As part of the Summer Reading Club, Nandi shared this review: “I like the pillow fight, popcorn, music, and blueberry/chocolate chip waffles for breakfast because they’re interesting, fun things that I would want to do at a sleepover.”
