Collaboration means we invite others into the process, allowing friends, mentors, and communities to help shape our journey.
Consider Mark, a corporate lawyer who felt drained by litigation work. Instead of quitting outright, he experimented by teaching a night class in business ethics. To his surprise, the experience rekindled energy and revealed a sense of contribution he hadn’t felt in years.
