Avatar footage leak proves the movie should be released in theaters
If you go outside on the weekends, you may have missed one of the biggest Hollywood leaks in recent memory. On Sunday, an anonymous X account uploaded the entire upcoming animated film Avatar: Aang, The Last Airbender to the platform, claiming that Paramount had accidentally emailed them the digital file. (Later reports suggest the studio was hacked).
Regardless of how the completed Avatar movie leaked online more than six months before its official premiere, the fact that it did — and the overwhelmingly positive response it received — raises one critical point that I will never stop making: Paramount needs to release Aang, The Last Airbender in theaters as originally planned.
