Another conspiracy of 1971 in Bangladesh

INDIRA Gandhi remarked in 1971 that the two-nation theory had been drowned in the Bay of Bengal.

Yet, 54 years later, the attempt to topple Sheikh Hasina Wazed, daughter of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, has made it clear that the two-nation theory is still alive and well, with the nation founded by Quaid-e-Azam existing in two countries: Pakistan and Bangladesh. The betrayal of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the conspiracy in Agartala, Indian terrorism and the Mukti Bahini have all been submerged in the Bay of Bengal. History’s justice is evident: the conspiracy to break Pakistan took place in Agartala and the criminals behind this plot, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s daughter, fled the country to reach her masters in India, landing her plane in Agartala. Today, the streets of Dhaka resonate with slogans of “Long Live Pakistan.” Descendants of those who fought against the Mukti Bahini in 1971 are now fighting for the two-nation theory. The Pakistani Armed Forces have emerged victorious and accusations of cruelty and assault against them have proven false. Those whose ancestors opposed Pakistan now raise slogans in its favor, showing that brotherhood never ends!

Salute to the courage and patriotism of Bengali students who, in response to Prime Minister Hasina’s contemptuous term “volunteers,” ended her authoritarian rule on August 5. The students have revealed who the real traitors are. The growing closeness between Bangladesh and Pakistan strikes a severe blow to the concept of Akhand Bharat (Undivided India). Our eternal enemy’s sleep has been disrupted,........
