Here's a better way to do street parking in Ottawa | Opinion

There may be things more aggravating than being nickel-and-dimed by my city every single time I need to park my car for seven minutes to grab a dozen bagels but, offhand, I can’t think what that might be. It’s time to rethink how residents of Ottawa park — where, for how long, and at what cost. It should be a lot cheaper and easier than it is.
