Chelsea Townsend has 22 convictions for 151 previous offences, the vast majority of which are theft-related.

The 26-year-old appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday (July 14) having previously admitted eight thefts between December 30, 2025, and February 1, 2026.

The theft offences occurred at a number of stores, including Co-op branches at Hall Road, Woodgtove Parade, and Catton Grove in Norwich.

Townsend, of no fixed abode, also admitted six breaches of a criminal behaviour order (CBO), banning her from every Co-op store in the county as well as branches of Tesco, Aldi, Asda, and........
